Coles BrainHeart: $419,000 raised for kids with brain cancer

We had the great honour of accepting a massive $419,431 cheque from Coles, raised last month during the BrainHeart Campaign.

The campaign ran in all 220 Victorian Coles stores, and online from August 31-September 20, 2022.

Through the sale of Sock it to Brain Cancer socks, $2 BrainHeart cards, and select Coles cookies, the funds were raised thanks to the support of dedicated staff, and big-hearted shoppers.

Coles Local Victorian stores also sold speciality Cremorne Bakery cookies and T.House products, along with the cards and socks.

The Altona Meadows location was the top  fundraising store, raising over $11,000. Donna Rigby works at the location, and tragically lost her son Josh to brain cancer a number of years ago. Josh took part in our music therapy program.

 

The $419,431+ raised contributed towards the 2022 Connor’s Run FUNdraising total of over $2 million.
