Broadsheet – Connor’s Run 2022

Run a beachside track along the bay (with an afterparty at Arbory) or hit your target any time throughout the month – all to help fundraise for paediatric brain cancer research.

It’s hard to beat a run by the water now that the weather’s warming up. The only thing that might be better? Doing it alongside hundreds of others for a good cause.

The annual Connor’s Run returns for its 10th year, to raise funds for research into paediatric brain cancer, which is the number one cancer-related cause of death in young Aussies.

This year’s track runs along the bay, with the 18.8-kilometre route starting at Hampton and a shorter 9.6-kilometre route beginning at St Kilda – both will end along the Yarra River at Alexandra Gardens, with an after-party at Arbory Bar & Eatery.

You can also sign up to go “Your Way Any Day”, and work towards your target throughout the month of September. You can opt to run the same target distances, or do a different activity like swimming, walking, yoga and more.

Tickets to join the run cost $75 for adults and $55 for under-18s, while Your Way Any Day costs $60 for adults and $40 for under-18s. Register here.
