Three Little Birds, One Big Impact
Announcing our newest merchandise – Three Little Birds sculptures by Metalbirds!
We’re so excited to announce we’ve partnered with Melbourne art installation studio Metalbird to create pieces of art all in the name of childhood brain cancer research.
For the first time ever, Metalbird has traded their renowned Australian native bird designs for its first abstract design featuring our famous Three Little Birds.
As many of you know, Three Little Birds by Bob Marley was Connor’s favourite song. It’s why we play this song before Connor’s Run every year, feature the birds in our logo and now, are part of this beautiful Metalbird design. This design is a wonderful tribute to Connor and we know he would have loved it.
The birds are made from 3mm corten steel and are designed to be hammered into trees, fence posts or pergolas, creating a beautiful outdoor installation. As the birds weather, they develop their own unique colour and appearance, adding beauty to any outdoor space.
In addition to beautifying outdoor spaces, 50% of every sale will fund crucial research, development and care programs to change the odds for kids facing brain cancer.
We’re so thankful to Metalbird for collaborating with us on this project and to our ambassador and brain tumour survivor Harry Dunn who introduced us.
The Three Little Birds will be available for purchase through our online store and Metalbird’s website for $69 plus postage. 50 per cent of the proceeds from each sale will be donated to the RCD Foundation.
