Ball Up! RCD & SMJFL 2015
This year there will be over 9 500 young footy players ‘holding the ball’ proudly featuring Robert Connor Dawes Fund logo.
For the second consecutive year the SMJFL has chosen the RCD Fund as it’s official charity partner, and thanks to the generosity of the South Metro Junior Football League, the RCD Fund will be featured on hundreds of footy fields every weekend!
At the SMJFL season launch, Chairman Peter Ryan presented Liz with the 2015 match ball, a bold red Sherrin with the RCD logo boldly featured on the side. The significance of this cannot be understated. It makes a statement that brain cancer shouldn’t be forgotten.
It takes strength, brains, and heart to play Australia’s game, and we couldn’t imagine a more fitting partner to help us make brains matter.
