RCD CrossFit WOD
If you haven’t tried Crossfit then you’re missing out on a fantastic high intensity workout. Our friends Crossfit8848 and PureCourage presented the RCD WOD (Work out of the day) on Saturday the 6th December. Those who joined in the workout got a limited edition T-shirt and a BBQ afterwards. Yum yum.

THE RCD WOD: Row 500m. Do 12 Chin-ups. Then 18 Deadlifts. Repeat 3 times for time.
